Fes to Marrakech desert tour 4 days

Your 4-day desert journey from Fes to Marrakech begins with a pickup in the morning from your Fes hotel or riad. Leave the city and travel to Ifrane, where you can stop for a quick fifteen minutes and maybe grab a cup of coffee before continuing on to the Middle Atlas Mountains' Azrou cedar forest. Travel via Midelt and the Ziz Valley, which is lined with palm trees, to reach Merzouga. Get to Merzouga in the afternoon and spend the night at a lovely riad with a view of the town's surrounding golden sand dunes.

It is intriguing to learn about the way of life of this ethnic group, who have decided to live a totally different existence away from society.

Prepare for an amazing camel ride across Merzouga's high dunes to your desert tent in the afternoon. You will make a halt on a high dune along the route, where you may go sandboarding and take in the breathtaking sunset.

The camp staff will play drums and gladly teach you how to play them while you unwind around a bonfire beneath the stars after dinner. Have a wonderful evening.
