In actuality, the 3 days desert tour from Marrakech to the Merzouga desert offers a singular chance to experience the real Sahara and spend a few days in the Moroccan desert, complete with stony deserts, sand dunes, and oasis. Upon pickup from the hotel. We will go south, traversing the High Atlas via the 2260-meter-high Tizi N’tichka mountain pass and a Berber village. Next, we’ll reach Morocco’s most well-known Kasbah. We will travel through the stunning Valley of the Roses and arrive at Dades Valley, our overnight destination.
We will travel through the breathtaking Toudra Gorges after breakfast. After visiting Erfoud, the “city of fossils,” we will drive to Merzouga in the afternoon. There, we will abandon the car and ride camels across the sand dunes to experience the most authentic night in Morocco, complete with stars, moon, sunsets, and sunrises.
We get up early in the morning to witness the dawn. After eating breakfast at the camp, we set off to drive to Alnif, crossing the Anti Atlas mountain range on the way there. Next, we make our way via the Draa Valley road to arrive to the High Atlas and conclude our visit in Marrakech.
